Fake Review Attack Explained
Recently, City Home Comfort was targeted by a fake Google review attack. An individual claiming to be from Pakistan contacted us, stating they were hired to post over 30 one-star reviews to harm our reputation. They demanded $200 for their removal, which is extortion. We have reported this to Google and are working diligently to have these false reviews removed.

Months ago, other businesses were already reporting the exact same fake review scam we’re now dealing with.
We were contacted directly and told we could “make the 1-star reviews go away” for a fee. We refused — because we earn our 5-star reviews the right way: through real work and real customer satisfaction.
